CrossFTP (the free edition) works well. The interface is a little kludgy and not quite intuitive, but you can figure it out. It's quick, and it does a good job of capturing errors for problem resolution. Caveat: I've only used it for two days and haven't tried to exercise anything other than bog-standard features.

Basic but gets the job done
Quite happy with this software. The interface isn't the most intuitive in the world, but it works and that's all I'm looking for in free FTP software.
